I have a couple of great new listings coming to the market after Columbus Day. One of the best things about being a real estate agent is the unpredictability of every day. These two listings are perfect examples of that. One is a recently renovated condominium in Charlestown with private parking which is like gold. The other is a multifamily in need of a gut renovation in Allston with potential to expand from 2 to 3 units. I love this.
